Due to TN state regulations in place at this time due to Covid, all orders are delayed in shipping. I do not work out of my home and have a retail space. Our state orders are to remain shut-down at this time. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
The Mint Bride specializes in personalized Groomsmen Gifts and Bridesmaid Gifts. We create all of our own designs and do all of the personalization in our shop in Tennessee. We do all kinds of personalized glasses, beer mugs, wine glasses, whiskey glasses, groomsmen gifts, decanters, shot glasses, pint glasses, champagne flutes and Mason Jars.

ORDERING AND SHIPPING

All items in my shop are custom made to order items & not readily available for shipping. Our production time frame is typically 2 WEEKS. Then orders are shipped, usually via UPS or USPS. Glassware is individually padded and boxed to help reduce breakage, then those boxes are shipped together in a larger box . We try our best to ensure your package arrives safe and sound.
USPS orders are shipped according to weight. Orders under 1 lb are sent via USPS First Class and orders over 1 lb are shipped using either USPS priority mail or UPS. Tracking #'s are always provided. We are not responsible for in-transit times or an incorrect address.
The processing time to make your order does not include weekends or holidays, it also doesn't include shipping/transit time once your order is in the mail.
If you purchased Priority Shippng when checking out, that applies to shipping time only. It's not a rush fee and doesn't mean your order will go out sooner than the expected ship date on your receipt. So, what does it mean? When your order is shipped, it will travel through the postal system faster.
Just a heads up with USPS tracking… the US post office is not the best with scanning the packages as they move around the country. Don't be alarmed if it looks like your package hasn't moved since its shipping day, as that's not uncommon at all! I am not responsible for in-transit times.
We are always able to do a custom order for any amount of glass you need or any combination of glasses you might want. No order is too small or too large. Just convo me what you need and I will set you up a custom listing for the discounted price.
If you are seeking a proof, proofs can be provided at your request AFTER an order has been placed. If an agreement cannot be made as to the look of the artwork after the proof is provided, a refund will be made on your order.
If I have any questions regarding your order, I will email you to clarify what the order issues are. If you note any incorrect information in either your convo to me or in the note to seller, please contact me immediately. Some days we can get orders out more quickly than others depending on order volume. We will produce your custom order to your exact specifications. No refunds will be offered for misspelling received by our shop. All orders will have an invoice shipped with them with your NOTE TO SELLER for your personalization reference.

We ship and provide tracking information to you for your item(s). Please ensure you have ordered your item in ample time for your event or holiday. Please take into consideration that times such as Christmas are hectic delivery times and orders need to be placed in time to have a cushion for USPS or UPS potential delays. Accurate addresses are your responsibility.

2 out of 5 starsCame in a box that says "Made in China" and was pre-packaged as such. Doesn't look like the picture. Poor quality and definitely not personalized by the shop. Also of note, I understand delays during the pandemic but was told it was delayed b/c she could not get to her shop, but it is clear the shop did not engrave or personalize. This was after several unanswered messages. Would not purchase from again.

Custom and personalized orders
All Orders are Customized based on your information. Please make sure that you have provided the correct information requested in order to complete the order. If for some reason, we make an error on our end, I will gladly replace and resend your item free of charge. Just send me a picture and note of "What went wrong" and we will start on making a new replacement order
Sizing details
All Item Descriptions have our product sizes included in them.
Care instructions
All laser etched glassware is dishwasher safe. All vinyl items are produced using commercial grade vinyl and has a 6 year life warranty but we highly recommend hand washing your items.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We can offer gift wrapping if you are sending your order as a gift. Just contact me to let me know that you need your order gift wrapped and a gift note included.
Packaging:
We individually box each glass and pack orders in a master pack box to ensure safe delivery of all of our items. We can also offer gift boxes at an additional cost.
Customized Products
Need a customized logo or design? I'll work with you on non-trademarked logos on your items. We've done several jobs for local sports teams and customized wedding themes. Just send us an email and we'll be glad to work with you.
Please be respectful in not asking us to duplicate other shop designs. Unless you have written permission from another shop and have obtained their design, we will not be able to process designs offered by other shops.
I've placed my order, What Now?
You will receive a UPS or USPS tracking number when your order ships. We will contact you only if we have any issues/questions about your order or need clarification on your NOTES TO SELLER.
How do you know how to personalize my order?
It's simple. Just let us know in the NOTE TO SELLER what you need on your order. Please include all information that has been requested in the Item Description. Don't worry if you forget something, someone will be in touch with you to ask what you're needing.
What if my package arrives damaged???
🚩If your order arrives broken 🖐🏻STOP🖐🏻, take pictures of the broken item, clearly showing our design & where it is broken. Then close the box & take pictures of all sides; making sure to show any damage to the box & our shipping label. Contact us immediately VIA the Etsy Messaging system, include the pictures requested.
🚩 You have 48 hours from the delivery date/time (per tracking info) to inspect and notify us of any broken or damaged items. If you are not available to inspect the order within the first 48 hours, then it is your responsibility to have someone do this for you. **No Exceptions**. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on your order, we must set a reasonable amount of time for you to inspect & contact us about any issues.
Where is my Package?
🚩 I always send delivery notices once an item leaves our shop. Shipping is done through USPS and UPS and tracking numbers are always provided. I ship to the provided address printed on the order you submit. If your address is not correct or if you know that you will not be around to receive the order of if the address you provided has known delivery issues, please use an alternate ship-to address. If I am not informed of the correct address BEFORE the shipment is made, I will not refund your oder since these are custom made products and I have abided by the shipping standard set forth by etsy to ship to your requested address.
My package is lost?
Although we do everything we can to ship your order on time, we do not control UPS or USPS or guarantee their delivery times. We work closely monitoring shipments and always hope they make it safely and in a timely manner. If you have provided an address with delivery issues as stated in Where is my Package and the package is returned to me, it can and will be forwarded on to you. I will contact you as soon as I receive the package back and will require that you pay for shipping again. Correct shipping address are necessary for us to provide good customer service. If your address is correct and verified, I will issue a case against UPS or USPS for the lost package and may need additional information from you.
